I am a proud Canadian who grew up in the magnificent Pacific Northwest of the US. After completing my BSc. at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, I worked as a research tech in an immunology lab at The Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. I spent the last year volunteering as an English teacher in the city of Beit She’an, Israel and am currently studying Science Journalism at City University London.
I enjoy traveling and eating, reading good books, watching good movies, and listening to good music (of course only I KNOW what exactly good is). I am passionate about sports, interested in science, and curious of just about everything.
